At the heart of my coaching practice is a deep commitment to Mexico — a country I’ve lived in for over 20 years and care passionately about. That’s why I created Coaching for Change: a social impact initiative that gives back while helping businesses grow strong, conscious leaders.
With every corporate coaching package, I pledge to reinvest 10% of the total value into delivering coaching programs for social entrepreneurs and changemakers in Mexico — people using innovative strategies to tackle social, environmental, and cultural challenges at the grassroots level.
