Connecting the dots.

I arrived in Mexico in 2005, still in my 20s, I tried to leave-twice.
The first time, I returned to the UK for 6 months…and was miserable.
The second time I only made it as far the airport, before admitting defeat and abandoning my flight.
Why?
Because, by then, I was already deep into a love affair with Mexico. A love affair that brought me to my husband, Tino, and the family we’ve built together.
A love affair that, twenty years later, is still going strong.

During my first few years in Mexico, I moved from teaching English to teaching business English, and eventually to soft-skills training and consulting – integrating my earlier corporate experience along the way.
I worked with professionals across all levels, industries, and sectors. And time and again, I was struck by their courage, empathy, resilience, and ingenuity. They were genuinely committed to making a difference in the lives of others – often in ways I hadn’t seen before.
It humbled me. It inspired me. And it pushed me to do the same. But something didn’t sit right.
Despite investing in training and consulting, many of my clients still felt stuck – trapped in their roles, or frustrated with their performance. I’ve always been committed to serving my clients as best I can, but I began to realise that I wasn’t fully meeting their needs.
Then it hit me.
What was holding them back wasn’t a lack of knowledge or skills.
It was internal. It was fear.
Fear of failing.
Fear of being exposed as an imposter.
Fear of shining.
Fear of not being good enough.
These were gaps that training couldn’t fill.
What they needed wasn’t just more information or advice.
They needed a coach.

I’m now an Executive and Leadership Coach, accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF – ACC).

We’re living in unprecedented times – marked by uncertainty, complexity, and fear. And yet, I’m reminded of something Mahatma Gandhi said:
“The difference between what we do and what we are capable of doing would suffice to solve most of the world’s problems.”
The gap between potential and action is where transformation happens.
And that’s where I come in.
I partner with my clients to help them bridge that gap – by challenging their fears, unlocking their strengths and expanding what they believe is possible. Together, we work together to transform how they show up for their teams, peers, leaders, customers, and communities.
It’s time to showcase the strong leadership that already exists in Mexico.
It’s bold, It’s empathetic, It’s resilient. And the world needs more of it.
So, who’s in?
